Shipping policy

Order preparation time (for items in stock) is up to 5 business days

Shipping times commence once tracking has been issued and the goods have been dispatched

Unforeseen circumstances can arise such as natural disasters and other emergencies.  If this occurs, order preparation time and/or shipping times may be affected.  Please be patient during delays that are out of our control.  We will endeavour to communicate any delays with our customers as quickly as possible

Orders placed together will be shipped together.  We are unable to combine orders and any excess shipping will not be refunded.

If you request to amend an order after payment is made, we will try our best to accomodate your requests.  This can only be done within 24 hours of your order being placed.  After that, no amendments can be made and are always subject to stock availability and processing status.  

All shipping timeframes are estimates only. This includes express postage.  We do not guarantee delivery within specific timeframes as these are supplied by a third party carrier.  Once the items have been shipped, we have no control over carrier delays and as such we will not be liable to any delay to delivery.

Please note that selecting express postage does not override standard order processing times.

No refunds, credits or compensation will be provided for shipping delays under any circumstance.  All shipping fees are non refundable.
