Where do you ship?

We ship our ready to wear base costumes and custom costumes all over the world including Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada and Europe.  We use Australia Post to ship products both locally and internationally and any tracking numbers will be able to be used on the Australia Post Website

Can you supply Troupe Costumes?

YES! We can supply any quantity of our ready to wear base costumes as well as provide customised or custom troupe costumes.

What is the wait time?

Wait times vary depending on our work load schedule.  As an idea, items in stock will be shipped within a few days.  Items from our current range but out of stock, will be approx 6-8 weeks.  Custom or customised pieces will be approx 8-12 weeks.

What is the average price of an SNS costume?

Our ready to wear base costumes range in price from $90 to $140 per piece.  We do not have a set price for Custom and Customised pieces as each piece is individual and we can work with you to come up with a costume that fits within your budget whilst also giving you an amazing costume.  We believe everyone deserves a show stopping costume and budget should not stop you from looking amazing on stage!

How do I pay?

For all ready to wear bases and pre-made customised pieces, please purchase directly off our website.  This ensures we dont miss any orders as they are all kept in one place.  For any customisations or custom pieces, you will need to pay a 30% non refundable deposit on acceptance of your costume booking.  Balance is payable before shipping once you have received photos of your completed costume.
